Where can I buy Marimekko fabric in NZ?

Bolt of Cloth has Marimekko fabric by the metre in stock in Christchurch, and we’ve been selling fabric since 2009. Shop online with delivery anywhere in NZ, or visit our store on the boardwalk at The Tannery, Christchurch.

Do you offer discounts on fabric?

Yes. Buy more metres of the same fabric and save: 10% off 6 to 14 metres, 15% off 15 to 29 metres, and 20% off 30 metres or more. The discount applies to each fabric separately, not across your whole order.

Can I get a fabric sample?

Yes. Email us at info@boltofcloth.com with the fabric name, and we’ll send you a free small sample so you can check the colour at home before you order.

Which fabrics are in stock?

Marimekko and our craft and quilting fabrics are in stock in Christchurch and sent quickly. Warwick, James Dunlop and Sunbrella fabrics are ordered in from the supplier, which usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. We can order fabric for you from most fabric brands.

What fabric is best for outdoor cushions?

Sunbrella is made for outdoor use and comes with a 5-year warranty against sun fade, so it’s a great choice for outdoor cushions, seat pads and furniture.

Do you have laminated fabric or oilcloth?

Yes. Our laminated fabrics and oilcloths are wipe-clean, perfect for tablecloths, outdoor tables and kids’ craft areas.
