Can you send a gift directly to someone?

Yes. Add their address at checkout and we’ll send it anywhere in NZ. When you tick gift wrapping, you can type a message and we’ll handwrite it on a card. Or have it wrapped and sent to you, ready to hand over yourself.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes. We wrap in brown paper with a ribbon made from our fabric offcuts, and we’ll handwrite your message on a card. Gift wrapping is $2, and every cent goes to the NZ Mental Health Foundation.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. Online gift vouchers start from $25 and can be used online or in store.

When’s the last day to order for Christmas?

For delivery anywhere in NZ before Christmas, order by midday on:

• Friday 18 December: most orders, including breakable and bulky items
• Tuesday 22 December: small, non-breakable items that fit in a courier bag (up to 40 x 40cm), sent overnight
• Monday 7 December: orders to Australia

Rural and remote deliveries can take up to 3 extra working days. We recommend ordering well before these dates, as delays can happen and we want every parcel in your hands in time for Christmas.

Need something last minute? Our store on the boardwalk at The Tannery, Christchurch, is open until 4pm on Christmas Eve.
