What are your delivery costs and how long does it take?

Delivery is free throughout New Zealand with orders over $180.

Orders under $180 are charged the actual cost of delivery to the address provided - this is calculated at checkout. Please select from the pre-filled address options otherwise you may be overcharged shipping. 

Parcels will be delivered within 3-5 working days of leaving our workroom. Rural deliveries can take a few days longer than this. Every parcel is automatically tracked and details will be emailed to you so you can check to see when your order will be delivered.  Please check your junk mail if you have not received tracking details.

We cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses within New Zealand.

 

 

Do you offer Click and Collect?

Yes.  This option is available for customers who can pick up from our store at The Tannery, 3 Garlands Road, Woolston, Christchurch. 

Pick ups can be made at any time within our store hours. We will call or text you when your order is ready for collection. Orders are usually ready in an hour or two - let us know if you need it immediately and we will do our best to help you.

  

What about if my item is lost or damaged?

We carefully check, wrap and package your order. Please contact us immediately if items arrive damaged or lost as claims must be made within 7 days. Please know that we will put right any issues immediately.

 

Please also note that the risk of loss or damage to parcels shifts to the purchaser once the package is accepted and signed for. Please always check your package for damages before signing as our courier company will not accept liability for damages after it has been signed for or after 7 days of delivery.

 

What packaging materials do you use?

You may find your package from Bolt of Cloth arrives looking like it has been with the courier before - that is because it has!   We re-use all packaging that comes in to us from suppliers before putting more out in the world. 

We also aim to use only recyclable and compostable packaging materials.

 

Australia and Worldwide

We do not currently offer fixed delivery costs to international customers due to constantly changing freight costs.  If you would like delivery to an off-shore address, please email at us at info@boltofcloth.com for a quote.
